| Dear Parishioners of St Joseph's & St Charles, |
Children's Liturgy Our Children's Liturgy will be starting up again during the 10.00am Mass from this First Sunday of Advent onwards. The children's liturgy is for any children who have started Reception Class or are in Years One, Two or Three. From this week onwards we will be introducing a new safeguarding measure, which is to keep a weekly record of which children and liturgy leaders attend. Before Mass you will simply need to add your child's name and date of birth to a list that the liturgy leader will have at the back of church. Children who are taking part are invited to follow the procession to the altar at the beginning of the Mass before they then proceed to the undercroft. Needy Parishes Fund There is a mandatory second collection this weekend, 26 & 27 November, for the diocesan Needy Parishes Fund. A number of parish communities are still struggling with their recovery after the pandemic. Finally, here are this week's newsletter and intentions. Our Lady of Walsingham, pray for us.
